For Experience Taiwan, there will be a range of projects that will be running in Taiwan. Interns will be allowed to put in the preference on which project they would like to do however we will be doing selection based on our interviews and student background.
All interns will also be required to provide the host institution some cultural education about Australia.
Host institutions can vary from kindergarten to University and some events will be held with the general public.
Job description:
HIV/AIDS Project:
Interns will be conducting workshops and classes on HIV/AIDS. They will also be running several projects around Taiwan to educate and raise awareness on HIV/AIDS. Interns will also be required to present information gathered at the Exchange Participant Summit after their internships. All interns are required to do some background research on HIV/AIDS before going to Taiwan.
Tourism Project:
Interns will be visiting and researching tourists attractions in Taiwan. Interns will then be required to write blogs and articles to promote tourists attractions in Taiwan. The job includes making a video and using innovative ideas to help promote Taiwan as a desired tourist destination.
Cultural Education Project:
Interns will go to remote and rural Taiwanese areas to provide students with cultural education and English teaching. During free time, interns are to help the local businesses promote their unique products online and through blogs.
*All training is provided, however it is recommended that you do some research before you commence your internship. Interns are encouraged to make lessons as fun and interactive as possible!

Accommodation and 1 meal a day provided.
Internship duration is from 6-8 weeks starting 29th November.
